Q. I purchased a download by mistake?
A. If you purchase a download by mistake and Do Not open or save it, I can refund your money.
Q. I purchased the same download twice?
A. Just send me an email and I will issue you a refund for the extra file.
Q. How do I download my order?
A. After you have placed your order and completed checkout you can click on Customer Service - Download Product Files and Sign In. Then click on the file you want to download.
Q. I opened my file instead of saving it and now I can't open it again?
A. This website only allows for the files to be opened or downloaded once. This is a Prostores default rule. I'm hoping that changes. In the meantime, If you need additional downloads for your file just send me an email and I will add more for you ASAP.
Q. What is a ZIP file?
A. Zip files (.zip) are single files, sometimes called "archives", that contain one or more compressed files. Zip files make it easy to keep related files together and make downloading graphic files faster and more efficient. The Zip format is the most popular compression format used in the Windows environment, and WinZip is the most popular compression utility.
Q. How do I open a ZIP file?
A. First if you don't have an unzipping program on your computer you will need to get one. You can download a free trial at www.winzip.com . After you have installed WinZip, you can open a Zip file by double clicking it on your computer and choosing "Unzip or install from an existing Zip file" in the WinZip Wizard. (If the WinZip Wizard does not open by default when you start WinZip, just click the Wizard button in the toolbar). The WinZip Wizard will guide you through the process of unzipping your file.
Q. I downloaded my order and don't know where it is on my computer?
A. When you download files, Windows usually saves them in the Downloads folder which is located under your user name in the users folder on the drive where Windows is installed (for example C:\users\your name\downloads). When you are saving the file, you can choose to save it to a different folder. If you're not sure where the file was saved, you can search for it from your Start menu.
Q. Can I make changes to the files after I unzip them?
A. These are secured PDF files and can't be changed.
Q. How do I know when my order will ship?
A. Orders usually ship within 2 -3 days. I do not ship on weekends or holidays. You should receive a Shipping Confirmation by email. You can also go to Customer Service and enter your order Confirmation Number. Orders under 13oz. will ship by First Class mail & anything over 13oz. will ship by Priority mail.
Q. Do you accept school purchase orders?
A. I do not accept school purchase orders.
Q. Do you ship outside the United States?
A. No, I do not ship outside the United States.
Q. Why does my payment say Creative Learning 4 Kidz?
A. As of 1/11/12 PECS 4 Autism will also be doing business as Creative Learning 4 Kidz.
Q. Do you do special custom orders?
A. I am not currently taking special orders but would be happy to hear your ideas for future projects.
