While homeschooling my son this year, I came up with this Weather Sheet.

After he does his Calendar Activity he completes this sheet.

Fills in the date

Looks up the temperature online and fills that out

Circles if it is cold - warm - hot

Looks outside and circles the weather condition.

Circles the season

Then circles what clothes he could wear.

At the end of the month we graph the information.

This has been a fun activity for him.

The black and white version is printed on card stock. This can be used as your master copy to make more copies. You can place them in a notebook or bind them into a book.

The laminated version you can use a wet erase marker on.
